Tollboden Café & Restaurant
The restaurant consist of two warehouses and an  courtyard at the edge of the pier, including 270 outdoor seats and 60 inside in the restaurant that is located in the warehouse at left. We are serving meals of high, homemade quality food in all price ranges. Inspiration with primary emphasis from Italian, French and Nordic homely fare. Tollboden is a popular and unassuming place of meeting with guests from all generations. The unique surroundings, with the live music and jazz concerts, creates a southern atmosphere. Kragerø is a small coastal town 200 kilometres Southwest of Oslo. An old, intimate sailing town with a great island idyll. During the summer season Kragerø is the most famous and popular summer resort area of Norway. Nearest airport is Torp/Sandefjord.
 
Free positions summer 2009
Souschefs, cooks, pizza cooks, headwaiter, waiters, assistent waiters/busboys, barkeepers and cleaner. Minimum 20 years. Working period for most of the positions is from June 20th to August 8th. There are also need for some positions in whole June and August.
 
Various info and application
We can offer active and nice working environment, and very well organized working and employee condition. We will be helpful with lodging (approx. Euro 230,- pr month in lodging shared with some other employees). We offer staff food. Cooks must have craft certificate or relevant practise. Waiters and barkeepers must have practises from a la carte/bar work of high speed.
